The Essential Art of African Textiles: Design without End

Held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Doran H. Ross gave a lecture on African textiles. He is a Senior Research Scholar at The James S. Coleman African Studies Center at UCLA. Following the lecture, a roundtable panel of experts convened to discuss modes of contemporary expression in Africa. This exhibition was on display from September 30, 2008 to March 22, 2009.
