National African Student Association (NAFSA) National Conference @ NYU

NYU’s Office of Global Inclusion (OGI) recently collaborated with the National African Student Association (NAFSA) for its national conference at NYU from September 1-2, 2023. This is part of OGI’s efforts to create transformative change for a more just and equitable future for our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners within our own community and externally. This conference featured insightful conversations with distinguished faculty from NYU, Yale University, and staff across different NYU locations. 

The conference featured keynote conversations, workshop sessions, and several enlightening panel discussions on how young black and African students can take conscious steps toward building positive movements that can create change in Africa.

The conference was supported by: NYU Africa House, NYU Accra, NYU Abu Dhabi Office of Inclusion and Equity, NYU Office of Global Programs, and NYU Stern Office for Diversity and Inclusion.
