Nineteenth BREAD Conference on Development Economics

With the support of Africa House and the Development Research Institute, NYU’s Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD) held its 19th annual conference at NYU. The scientific committee for this conference was Debraj Ray (NYU), Bill Easterly (NYU), and Andrew Foster (Brown). The conference speakers touched on a wide variety of development issues, from deforestation to cash transfers.
