Dr. Donald Kaberuka, current President of the African Development Bank Group, spoke about Africa as the changing face of the future. Dr. Kaberuka served as Rwanda’s Minister of Finance and Economic Planning from 1997 to 2005. Prior to his public service, Dr. Kaberuka spent 12 years working on trade finance, international commodities, development issues, and in the banking industry. As Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, he served as Governor for Rwanda at the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the African Development Bank.
